Refund policy
To request/process a return for an item purchased on lure-boutique.com: *
- Email lurelipstickonline@gmail.com with your order number, contact name and list which items you are returning.
- We accept returns (excluding gift cards) in new, unused condition with tags and original packaging postmarked within 7 days of delivery. Clothing items will have a special fabric tag attached that must still be attached for clothing to be returned.
- The original shipping on an order is non-refundable and we do not offer free-shipping on returns.
- Once the return is received it may take up to 30 days for the refund to process on our end. If your refund has not posted in your account please contact your bank.
- International sales are final and no returns will be accepted.
- International customers are responsible for duties/vat/taxes.
- Any product that was part of a promotion (i.e. buy one get one, buy one get a percentage off, etc) is no longer considered part of the promotion if a return is made on the original item. The promotional item cannot be exchanged for store credit or cash.
Accessory Items
All accessory items within the accessories pages will not be accepted for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Sale Items
All clearance items within the sales page will not be accepted for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Exchanges
Defective or damaged items may be exchanged for the same item. Please contact us at lurelipstickonline@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you.
